OUR CEO

The Orange Lady, as Joby is fondly called, a graduate from the University of Santo Tomas. was working as a medical technologist when she started her salon business in her hometown Cabanatuan City in 2003. She is grateful that her business, Orange Salons and recently opened, Lemon rebond (salon) are running smoothly despite the pandemic.

In fact, Orange Blush has a new cosmetics line called beauTITA. Under beauTITA, the first ever Hair Rejuvenating System was born: PEACH hair rejuvenating set: consists of Hair Serum Spray, Hair Lotion and Hair Repair Mask. Especially formulated and proven effective for salon-treated hair. Now with Peach, there’s ‘No More Bad Hair Day’. The salon will also offer hair products that clients and non-clients can use at home for their salon-treated hair.

“We have plans for collaborating with another foundation as we spread Love One Haircut at a Time for PAK Foundation,” she shared regarding this year’s line-up of activities. “Right now, we are in partnership with Aliaga Rice Supply as we give out rice during our activities. We will also be doing projects with our beloved barbers and hairstylists as we bring hope and love to the people that need them most.”

Joby, who hosts Go Negosyo and Usapang Beauty, couldn’t thank enough for all that she has been blessed with despite life’s many challenges. “I sincerely believe that God has greater plans for all of us, and that we are being taught to trust in Him. His timing is always perfect.”

“Blessed” is how Joby describes her current state of life. But she doesn’t keep her blessings all to herself. Joby has been involved with various CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities nationwide since she began her salon business. “I live by this verse from Matthew 5:16, ‘Make your light shine so that others may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven,’” declared Joby who launched last year the Parlorista At Barbero Kami (PAK) Foundation with the objective of improving and safeguarding the lives and welfare of hairdressers, aestheticians, massage therapists, nail technicians, salon receptionists, barbers and their families.
